Holistic Health Fair
Visit the senior center’s Holistic Health Fair on Wednesday, October 24, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. To live life as fully as possible, it’s important to care for each of your six dimensions of wellness—your emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social vocational, as well as physical health.
The Holistic Health Fair will have various demonstrations including chair massage, cooking, and more. Test your strength, balance, and posture at our fitness stations. Participate in health screenings provided by Roper St. Francis Healthcare such as blood pressure, glucose, bone mass, vascular, skin cancer, and others. Flu vaccines will also be available! Plus more information about travel, emotional health, spirituality, and more! This event is free to the community.
